Kristen is mind, body and spirit Alchemist. I began services with her about 2 years ago and each session/treatment improved the symptoms I was seeking relief from. She's the dream practitioner. She spends quality time asking quality questions about physical/mental/emotional health, lifestyle etc. to provide me the most effective treatment plan. She takes holistic living to another level!! 10/10 would recommend her :)

Kristen has been an integral part of my healing. I have battled with inflammatory skin for years and it wasnt until I was placed on an Ayurveda healing track did I start to notice a physical difference. And the difference happened within days. The golden milk is everything and I will continue drinking this healing tea for the rest of my life. I also consider Kristen a life coach who helps me put things in perspective and assists me in dealing with general anxiety. Shes amazing. I am so grateful I found her and that shes in my life. I started seeing Kristen when I was dealing with postpartum depression. Her kindness alone is therapeutic. She helped me develop an easy to implement self-care routine and learn how to be more mindful of my health. Im forever grateful to her for sharing her knowledge to help me heal and grow.
