        These people filed an unauthorized form 8878 on our behalf without our knowledge or consent. Did not even notify us that they did this. Unprofessional and illegal. Avoid using this group.

        I was paying them for quarterly accounting, unfortunately I had to remind them in Q3 to do Q1 and Q2. They had access to all of my business accounts and QuickBooks. Then the rest of the year they complained about the pricing structure, THEY provided me. Imagine dealing with an accountant that constantly complains they are not charging you enough, even though this is the third year they are doing your taxes and they gave you the pricing. When it was tax filing time, I gave them all my documents in January and taxes were not filled until the deadline, with incorrect information we had to fix ourselves. Also, we requested a tax planning meeting, something they never offered to help us save money. It took them SIX WEEKS to respond to that request. If youre looking for a accountant/CPA that will take initiative in helping you save money, this is NOT the place.
