ADEPT Leadership

I am currently participating in an ADEPT Leadership class called Foundations of Leadership. I have learned how to better plan and organize my work as well as avoiding all the distractions that come with a high speed and distributed work environment. I am learning key concepts in leadership and management that will aid my team as we obtain our goals. I would recommend this training to anyone wanting to improve leadership skills as well as teams that want a more cohesive environment. At the very least I recommend getting Paul DePalma's book "Becoming ADEPT applying leadership strategies for lasting change"!

The ADEPT Leadership program is amazing! I strongly suggest that anyone take this course. Not only does it help you in your career, it helps you in your personal life as well. I use skills and techniques that I learned from the course in my daily life.

I participated in class offered by ADEPT on Maximizing Personal Impact and this is by far the most effective class I have done till date. Paul DePalma did an excellent job in covering the content which is very useful for day to day work life and also helps achieving long term personal and work goals. I highly recommend this company and class for individuals personal success.
