Worst experience ever! Call your insurance company if you think you have a claim, especially with your roof. I Went through several reps and ended up with no rep on the day of the job. They first said 9,500 for our roof, then after they received the insurance check through me, they wanted more.  My insurance company told me that unfortunately, when I signed on the dotted line with this company, they have to pay them whatever they ask for.  The total cost was over 16,000.  My neighbor behind me paid 8,000 for his, same type roof and size house.  It took a year to get the job done. The owner was not involved until the very end when he found out we had problems after the job. Those problems were addressed and fixed. The men who did the work was very nice and did a good job but there was a huge communication barrier.  Like I've already mentioned, we had no one from the company to represent us on the day the work was being done and so with that said, when it was all over and done with, we were told me owe 720.00 for rotten wood.  Please do your homework, don't sign anything until you know your options. I live in Riverview Florida, not California.

This company is one big scam! Took over a year for them to come out and even start their scam job. Signed off on them saying the estimate on our roof was 11k. When they finally did come out and do the job suddenly when they're done they say the cost went over budget and it is now 18k!!! Excuse me?!! You went over by over 50% of the estimated cost and didn't even contact us to ask if we were willing to do that?!! And of course like every other scammer roofing company does..... once we refused to pay the extra money for the scam now they're sending us letters threatening us with legal action. AKA in typical scam job fashion... putting a lien on our house. If one of these people from this company show up at your door asking about your roof promptly tell them to get their scamming ass off your property.
