They are the worst credit card definitely not there for the customer service interest. Rate drops just want to keep you at high rates.

I drove 48 minutes to get to the bank from this location and there is no agency there. The receptionist of the building sent me to Tampa, lousy service. I think they should update the information on the Internet. I am very disappointed in Capital One.

I just drive from far away and this building only have few attorneys offices. There is NO ATHLM FOR CAPITAL ONE BANK. THE INFORMATION THAT GOOGLE PROVIDE IS NOT CORRECT

Worst bank ever. They said they were trying to accommodate us millenials but this bank is far from millennial friendly. They stole my funds 3x and nobody is held accountable. The agents are obnoxious and act as of my funds belong to them. I am reporting them to the BBB next. Do not get desperate to open an account but instead stay away completely. Only reason I opened this account was because of the credit card I got through them but I do not recommend anything more than a credit card and even with that I suggest that you proceed with caution!
