Wonderfully nice people that I would be friends with but would never trust with a dime again. I hired them to do bookkeeping and taxes for by businesses with about 200 transactions and to do personal taxes. After 6 months I finally cancelled with them when it was still not complete. In that time I accumulated a significant amount of penalties. The initial call with Felipe was great. He promised all sorts of tax saving strategies. In the end, none of those strategies were delivered and I would have been better off just using TurboTax. At each delay along the way Felipe promised "this is not how we do business", but with each month the delays continued. Those delays ended up costing quite a bit in IRS penalties. Even now, 45 days after cancellation, I haven't received back my money for bookkeeping services not performed.

I went looking for a new accounting office to help me taking care of my taxes after a very bad experience with my old accountant and definitely theyre what I was looking for. The whole team helped me a lot and they were all very nice and friendly to me. I've never had such peace of mind knowing that my taxes are in good hands now. Thanks!!! :)))
