I reached out to Blaine Law P.A because I was having trouble with my sons school and his 504. The school said that they had a review meeting of his 504 Which I was not even informed, was going to happen, nor invited to. They also indicated that everything was fine with his 504 and nothing needed to be changed. His 504 was outdated, and he was having difficulty in school missing many many assignments, as well as receiving Fs in a few classes so obviously things were not fine. I reached out to Blaine law to assist me in making sure my sons educational rights were being followed but also for his assistance in helping navigate the new meeting I scheduled , as well as the 504. He was amazing. He helped make sure that the meeting stayed on track, assisted with making appropriate accommodations for my son, and assuring the school that they needed to do their part and follow my sons 504. With his new 504 set in place, my son now has a checklist that he takes to every class and is signed by every teacher (more than and better than a planner) among other things, he has not had a single missing assignment since The implementation of the new 504, and has all As and Bs.
