Hello Sol, I hope you are well.I would like to add more details in order to complete the story to share what truly happened here.I have on record that we completed 24 sessions of one hour once a week starting in April of 2021.First, if the technique I used was incorrect, the negative results would have shown after the first or second session; however, as noted, we continued for 23 sessions without a problem.We observed that there was a significant reduction on the amount of hair on the face, and that you have a photographic record proving the success of the entire process where there was never any mistake.For every client I do a full consultation which includes questions about health conditions and hair conditions to design a treatment plan. I also cover pre- and post-treatment instructions for each client to best protect their skin during the treatment process.During the sessions we never noticed any scarring or burning. Around session 23, I noticed that there was some skin irritation, like hypersensitivity, even on areas where there was no more hair, and I was not working on anymore.I did my due diligence and asked you if anything had changed, if you were using a new or different product, in order to help figure out what might be happening; my best guess was this might be a reaction to a high level of stress.The reaction on your skin was not due to the electrolysis treatment; it was because of another product or process that you had decided to do between treatments.At your arrival for session 24, your skin was showing hypersensitivity which meant the skin was too delicate to work on and I highly recommended that you see a dermatologist in order to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. In my more than 40 years of experience as an Electrologist I have never seen a case or complaint such as this.I kept your appointments for two weeks later, and called to follow-up with how you were doing, but you never replied, you cancelled the last appointment, and I never heard from you again.I wish the best for you and may God bless you.
