        I give 5 stars, it took them a while to find a carrier for my route, but then everything was super fast and the driver kept me up to date whenever I wanted to know how much time was left, my car arrived just as they picked it up, the carrier was very friendly. Thank's, recommended company.

        Huge gash on my 2020 Volvo XC90. Asked where it came from. They denied it was their fault and needed proof it wasnt there before. Dont pay any money to this con company. Asked over text just to get bullshit AI Generated statements. Owner uses AI to respond to customers. Embarrassing

        From East to West Coast took about 7 days to get here, contacted me with any issues that occurred and got my car a day early. Thought it was a fake company but highly recommended.

        Very immature management I asked for a free quote, then asked for them to stop calling and texting, so they signed me up for other towing services and used my name putting gay as a middle name for some reason lol. Very professional Chris Baker from AUTOSTAR TRANSPORT.Edit: Company can deny all they want, this petty act still exists and doesnt go unnoticed. Not only that, but Mr. Baker blocked me after the fact when I tried to confront him

        Bad bad Experience. Manny strung me along kept saying he would call me back with a driver dispatch. After getting run around for a couple days i canceled just for them to email me that even though i cancelled refund not eligible. So basically they robbed me. Stay clear of this company. You've been warned!
