        Dont file your taxes or anything with them. Soon theyll be out of business, Walno Dupont and his team stole my friend and I thats in New Jersey income tax by putting false information to make extra money for themselves . When things like that happened to you call the irs , they currently building a case to get them. Not recommended

        Dissapointed on their service. Made me pay 500$ promising that will help me with my situation and he fail to deliver, he refused to refund me at least half the payment I made. I wouldnt recommend their services and I will never go back there.

        It's the worst place to do your taxes, I do taxes with them, but he takes all the money and they pull a gun on me in his office, it's the worst place for someone to do taxes. If you want to get your money, don't miss it. tax with them again, these people are the money people are taking.

        We scheduled an appointment here for today, got there on time, no one opened the door for us. We left the man that was helping us a voice note telling him we were outside he said: mmm, im not there, some stuff came up and now your appointment will be on Monday, its better for me. First of all, we are the clients and we had an appointment on the 14th at 2:00pm, its not my issue that some stuff came up, we came from very far away just for him to decide to cancel without prior notice. Second of all, everything was so unprofessional, from ignoring our appointment confirmation to those voice notes. Im very disappointed. I will not recommend this place at all. Making all that advertisement just to receive such a poor experience.

When you and your friend Romeo filed taxes with us, we were fully transparent about how much money you were getting back, what are fees were, and you agreed and gave us permission to file your taxes on your behalf. Your refund money was directly deposited to your bank account. You are 100% reliable for your taxes, the information you gave us is what we put on your taxes. We dont and will never use false information on any client tax return to get pay. As tax professionals we work for profit, whether you are getting a refund or not you still have to pay us for the services we provided to you. Unfortunately, after getting your refund, you decided to accused our firm, because our fees got deducted automatically off your refund. Our firm gave each customer pay by refund options. You got paid and we got paid and you were not happy. Your intentions were clearly to not pay us our fees.       Pillard used to get no money back when she do her taxes…This is the second year we did her taxes and successfully got her maximum refund. (A few thousands back. Compared to her getting a 4-7 hundred dollars back before using our services. Her 1st year with us… we successfully got rid of her debt that she owed the IRS.This year, the IRS holds her refund for verification which took months before she could receive her refund. We were there for her every steps of the process… we even went to her house to help her with identity verification process .Pillard closed her bank account which caused us to print her check for her. She came to our office made a scene accused us of stealing her money. Accused us of pulling a gun at her… My business partner is a highly trained private investigator and top security officer which represented the Broward County in the Miami area.There’s no way that this had happened in our office. This client stood outside of our office and the was cameras to justify her misstatements. All she does is giving false statements… Please find something better to do… cause given false statements can be costly.We are happy that we were able to help you.
