Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to follow up with them multiple times via text and email. Don't do your taxes with this company if you are looking for an organized firm.

Just Wow, this Group is truly phenomenal. So organized and detailed from beginning to end. Ralf is incredibly professional and made sure to help me every step of the way, his dedication is so refreshing. He was able to assist me above and beyond and I will be handling all of my ongoing legal needs with them. Truly a pleasure.

Working with Ralf was such a pleasure! Not only is he a total expert but he is also a very pleasant person to work with. I wish I had met him years ago a, I probably would have saved myself lots of money and headaches. Five stars all across the board. Highly recommend.

My experience with Ralf and the Heyer Accounting staff has been fantastic. Ralf always takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He also explains them in layman's terms, so it's easy to follow along. I'm very lucky to have found Heyer Accounting!
