The Istueta Team was very professional and informative through out the whole new roof installation. Once the re-roofing started they continued until completion without delay, which was very important.All of their team members were very responsive to ensure the completion of the new roof went according to plan.

Istueta Roofing reroofed our home in 1998 when we first bought here. They have maintained and repaired as needed in the years since. Istueta guarantees its product and will continue until it is resolved. Roof leaks can be pesky, starting in one place and dripping completely across the house. Istueta kept at it until it was thoroughly resolved. Istueta Roofing is professional, on time, cleans up post job and the different employees I have dealt with are all pleasant and easy to deal with. I will not bother to call another company as I know firsthand the quality of their work. I recommend them hands down. You will as well. UPDATE 2024!!!! Istueta did my new roof and as always, excellent service, quality materials and never leave a mess. And this time I wanted a metal roof and they went the distance with me fighting Coral Gables City Hall. (No, we lost...) I switched from standard reddish barrel tiles to a lower profile S-tile that is in variegated tones and is a much lighter look for the house.
