Horrible customer service. Try leaving a voicemail in January 2025 for someone that has left an out of office message for JULY 4th, 2024. Forget about getting call backs, customer service of any kind and the fees are through the roof! If I had a choice (which I do not) I would never do business with this company,

Absolutely horrible management. Tried to scam me out of money multiple times and refuses to provide information. 9 days left to respond to my request before I report them to the DBPR division of condominiums for violating Florida statutes. Counting down.

The first time I entered AMPREX Property, last week, I was treated with the best customer service from the moment I entered the door until the moment they reviewed my paperwork. I have dealt with many association, but heads down, this was the best. The receptionist Madeline, to Christina to Angela to another young lady, showed me nothing short of courtesy and professionalism. I am looking forward to having them as my association, and can only hope the board members appreciate what they have. For anybody buying a place with this association, this is one important step and having them makes it so much easier. I commend and recommend them 100% Nancy Melendez Park Lake Village

Run don't look at anything that Amprex property management has to offer... THIEVES,, AFTER ALL THE ASSOCIATION FEES MONTHLY SINCE 1992,,, WHY DO WE NEED TO COUGH UP $3900 FOR AN ASSESSMENT????????????? Where is the HOA reverse funds ????? We have no community pool no security guards no park to maintain no grounds maintenance services NOTHING of that sort ????? WHAT IS GOING ON ????? WHOS RUNNING FINANCES AT AMPREX ????? Redland Ranchtwin homes has nothing of that sort ....not even a security gaurd here.. where is all the funding???? Now I need to cough up $3900 on top of the monthly association fee..... why ????????
