        Non existant customer service. They send an automated email saying they will reply to you in 24-48 hours and that simply is not true. Its been 5 days and nothing. Shameful.

        I have to say I was concerned with these reviews.Genevieve was amazing! She is knowledgeable and super friendly. I was never given an attitude.She answered all my questions and shared her Experiences using waterworks in her home. She put up with me changing my mind several times. And was always quick to get back to me and this was super important as this project happened sooner than I was expecting . Would definitely recommend and come back.
