jared, derek, and roger from eugene & sons plumbers llc were simply fantastic. since i don't reside in miami where the plumbing project was being executed, they were incredibly accommodating in scheduling the project when i was available. they were professional and kept in touch with me over the phone several times when i had inquiries. they also gave me a comprehensive rundown of the plumbing issues, options for repair or replacement, and then a description of the completed job, complete with photographs. i would highly recommend them, and they are certainly my go-to plumbers in the future.

Jared was exceptional! He was friendly and professional. He visited us to provide a quote for sealing an old pipe linked to a floor boiler. On seeing that the pipes were as old as the house, he suggested that new pipes should be fitted. Then he clearly explained the advantages and disadvantages. This was precisely what we needed! Frederick, the owner, really grasped the urgency of our plumbing issues and went out of his way to help us. Our plumber, Derek, arrived promptly. He was professional and systematic in solving our drainage and sewer backup problems. Until now, our issues have been resolved and as I write this, we've encountered no further problems in Miami.

Derek performed outstandingly. He skillfully fixed a persistent leak in a copper pipe in the bathroom in Miami. Moreover, he gave valuable advice on an aging toilet and blocked drains while he was working on it. The charges were reasonable and he was generous with his plumbing knowledge. I couldn't endorse him more.
