        Tony did such a great job replacing the water heater and installing new faucets/plumbing that I requested additional services afterwards (updated both bathroom trims and valves). He was punctual, efficient, professional, communicated all steps along the way, and ensured the area was clean when the job was complete. He ensured my satisfaction having me test everything when finished and making any changes I requested. Very happy with the work completed and will turn to JCN and Tony for any future needs.
