Rick and his team are extremely professional, reliable and knowledgeable in all things plumbing. They came to service a clog and helped me understand how septic tanks worked and provided recommendations going forward to avoid any future clogs. Rick also responded very quickly to my request for service and was here later that same day. He and his team cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was or cleaner. I had a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I contacted Zoom Drain and Carlos and Christopher came out. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They found the problem which was in the main drain line outside. They showed me everything on the camera, explained and answered all of my questions. They gave me different options with zero pressure, and were very reasonably priced. Thank you, Carlos and Christopher for honest and explaining everything to me.

Marco and Carlos are 2 of the most professional, polite young men I have ever met. They are knowledgeable and arrived on time. They also took their time to problem solve. Although my problem was more serious than we anticipated. They were still able to point me in the right direction. I would recommend them . Do not hesitate. Thank you guys
