EZ Miami Plumbing Service Repair & Emergency

Bad communication when expressing their services, very rude only when asking for a quote and information. Terrible, terrible. He was never asked to do anything outside the rules!! And I can show the recorded call... I was requesting information or advice for a plumbing permit, because a property is going to be demolished. But he responded rudely, bragging that his wife works for the city of Miami, and that she knows everything related to permits. Obviously if I requested your service, the minimum would be to provide me with the advice I would need to do the job. Everything he said at the end, he didn't say anything, he hung up on me and that's how his communication was... Very decency and good reputation. It is surprising to know that this is the humility that manages your company.

honestly man where can i start with i called him on the weekend when it was holiday weekend so getting someone will be hard this company right here made a word that they will show up the next day and he promised On his word, From now on, he is my new plumber. He's very polite and respectful and honest. I will be doing more work around my house with him.

I contacted EZ MIAMI PLUMBING to fix a leaking problem. They charged us $350 USD just for a visit. However, the plumber provided us with a wrong description of the project. When we discovered the actual problem, we asked them for a quote to discount the $350, but they kept promising to send us the quote in 30 minutes. However, we waited for more than a week and still did not receive the quote. I do not recommend this company at all.

Angel from EZ Plumbing installed a new water heater for our home this weekend and did an excellent job. He was very professional, efficient, and had great pricing. He explained everything to us as well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him

EZ plumbing service was a 5 star service. We had an emergency and they got here fast. They fixed our leak and made great additions so we could update our plumbing and be better covered. Angel is very knowledgeable. We are really satisfied with the service, we will keep working with them for any future needs. 100% recommended and also important very fair price.
