Beware!!! I hired him to fix a gasket in our master bath toilet, which is in the very back of the house. He did the job fine, but in the process, he spilled a substance on the floor from the front door all the way through 5 rooms to the back of the house. Whatever it was, it left permanent purple marks on all the floors. Initially, he said that he would come back to clean it, but then ghosted us and didn't respond to four messages. I ended up having to replace the tile throughout the entire house out of my pocket. Very unprofessional!!!

He did more than needed and then ghosted me. The job was to remove one connector pipe between two solar water heater panels so our roofer could do some work in the area. Mr. Mohr removed one whole panel and two connector pipes unnecessarily. The when I called him to come back to replace the parts he failed to show up TWICE when he said he would be out. I had to get another plumber to replace the parts. Also, he never responded to several phone messages. I caught him in person once. Luckily I found another plumber who is very good.

My second experience wasn't as great as the first time. Never followed up with me on the part he was supposed to order and did not quote the job before he started it, so I was in for a surprise bill. Too bad, thought I found a plumber for a long-term...

We've been doing extensive work on our house and had a negative experience with the GC we hired. After firing him, we were left without a plumber to finish the job. We had no toilets, no shower or tub, no kitchen sink, no running water in the house.  I found Mohr on Yelp and, impressed with his stellar reviews, I reached out to him for the help that my family urgently needed. Juan was responsive and quickly available to help me with things that are critical to having a livable home... he installed my kitchen sink and faucet, toilet, bathtub and tub filler, bathroom sink and faucet, etc. He and his apprentice are skilled, professional and honest. They respected my home and kept the area clean. Everything they've done is holding up well and I will definitely call them for any future work we have done. Thank you, Juan!
