Utterly Disappointed: Avoid at All Costs! I scheduled an appointment after making a $50 deposit, expecting professional service. Upon arrival, to my dismay, there was absolutely no one present to honor my booking. Attempts to contact the establishment for clarification or to reschedule were met with silence, leaving me out of pocket and utterly disappointed. This experience has been not only a waste of my time but also my money. I strongly advise against booking with this place; it's unreliable and lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Complete scammer. Scammed me out of $500 to remove my brows and wanted me to continue paying for treatments at her discretion before she actually did the microblading that she initially told me was included in the price so continue to trust someone that lied and cheated me out of money to do my brows so she could keep scamming me for up to $1000 or more. LOL extremely delusional. I ended up going somewhere else and the leftover microblading was removed with ONE pico laser session and now my brows looks beautiful. Chanel is extremely unprofessional and a will cheat you out of money. STAY AWAY DO NOT GO HERE.

I recently had an experience with this service provider that I found to be quite unprofessional, and I feel its important to share. Initially, I had no issue with the requirement of a $50 deposit. However, communication after booking was significantly lacking. The provided contact numbers were unresponsive, yet I continued to receive automated reminders about the appointment. Despite these communication issues, I traveled 45 minutes to the appointment location, paid for valet parking, and waited for about 45 minutes, but the individual did not show up. I made several attempts to reach out via email, calls, and texts, all of which went unanswered. Later, I discovered from another professional in the same plaza that not only does she no longer work there, but she also had a history of unprofessional behavior. I am sharing this experience to advise others who might be considering her services to reconsider, based on the challenges I faced during my interaction with her.

I came to do my eyebrows and had an appointment booked for my retouch. I waited an hour & no one was there in the office. Mind you I live far. No one communicated with me and I kept calling and messaging and I would never get an answer. I got an answer through their Instagram by messaging there I was told AFTER that they werent able to do my eyebrows due to some personal matters which I completely understand but then proceed to tell me theyd give me 2 free retouch appointments and half of my money back due to leaving me hanging and my eyebrows having to be done way later than theyre actually supposed to get done. They ended up not giving me the 2 free retouch appointments and Im left with my eyebrows not done. I believe they just did not want to do the free services for me and wanted to be left off the hook. What a waste time of and money. Do not bother coming since they are not good at communication either when I wanted to schedule those 2 free retouch ups and kept putting it off and initially did NOT give me my money back right away. My mom and I waited weeks. Im so disappointed since I was very excited for this service.
