        Full-time real estate professional and have worked with many Mortgage Lenders over the years. Blue Harbor Lending has been the worst I have ever experienced. They sat on a FHA loan for 7 weeks. Lacking communication, no follow thru and needless to say we had to move to different lender. Would definitely not recommend Carlos and team to others.

        My experience at Blue Harbor Lending was spectacular! They are very organized and do everything possible to make sure you are in good hands. The main individual I worked with was Ghulian Ramos. Make sure to ask for him, as he made purchasing my first home a very smooth process. The Home Owners Association (HOA) I was applying to, asked for me to fix up some landscaping before I could close, and Ghulian went out to the property with me to help clean it up. He is a very hard worker and will get you the best rates possible. I highly recommend using both Blue Harbor Lending and Ghulian when purchasing a home or refinancing.

      Dear Mr. Allan Dawson, I am writing to address your recent negative review regarding the transfer of the FHA case number to our firm. Firstly, I want to extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced throughout this process. We value your feedback and take all customer concerns seriously. Allow me to clarify the sequence of events regarding the FHA case transfer and subsequent challenges encountered. The FHA case number associated with your property was indeed transferred to our firm on January 25th, 2024. Upon assuming responsibility for the case, our team diligently engaged in reviewing the transaction details to ensure a smooth and successful outcome for all parties involved. One of the significant complexities we encountered was the presence of two folio numbers associated with the property you were selling. Upon discovery of this situation, we promptly collaborated with your realtor to explore potential solutions, one of which was the suggestion of achieving a unity of title. Regrettably, despite our best efforts, the resolution proved unattainable due to a critical hurdle uncovered during our due diligence process. After requesting an additional appraisal at our expense, it came to light that the second parcel's value, integral to the property, did not meet the requirements set forth by the FHA. As a result, we were regrettably unable to proceed with the transaction within the FHA guidelines. Please know that we empathize with the disappointment and inconvenience this outcome may have caused. Our foremost priority is to ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the entirety of our interactions with clients. We deeply regret any misunderstandings or shortcomings in this regard.
