I was referred to Isaura Enamorado in search of a home loan. It started off well until I didnt hear anything for a couple weeks. Noticed my credit was pulled and never got an answer or any information in regards to a home loan. I was told about all these special programs that I could qualify for and blah blah. Nothing ever happened and 3 months later now I get marketing emails from them but yet, never got a home loan or even a pre-approval. I got 3 pre-approvals from different lenders in the matter of hours. Really disappointed with this branchs customer service. Do better.

Update: I'm editing my initial review after further communication with Isaura Enamorado, the Branch Manager in your Wynwood location. She's wonderful and she makes sure to find every possible way to help you. Where there is a will there is a way. 4 stars is solely because of wait time but honestly when you're flooded with applications what can you expect? I believe that they are communicating the best way that they can at the moment but the communication could be better.
