    This was the worst place I've ever been in my life. Awful. The attendant was very rude, spoke quietly, didn't seem like she wanted to help. We asked about the size of the fries, available beers... she didn't give proper answers. Had earphones in the entire time. On top of that, dishonest. We mentioned missing items in our order, she came, saw the food, and claimed she couldn't refund because we had already eaten. A liar! She even came to our table to check. Such a dreadful place; they should close since they don't know how to treat customers and lack any desire to work Edit 1: I will respond to your response. The attendant walked to my table and checked the burger; she noticed the absence of bacon but didn't say or do anything, just disappeared. So yes, my boyfriend finished his meal, or did you expect me to wait for some action? Clearly, there wouldn't be any, as you don't seem to care about customers. The refund we wanted was for the bacon, not the entire meal. I paid for an extra bacon add-on and didn't receive bacon. What's fair? Refunding the extra bacon charge. Edit 2: People who are dishonest and deceitful are destined to fail. It's easy to see that just by looking at the numerous negative reviews you have. Why is it so hard to admit mistakes, apologize, and try to improve? That's the bare minimum a business should have. It's ridiculous how you handle issues, preferring to make false accusations to try to cover up your own mistakes.

    They served me a hard axx burger patty thats made noise when you dropped it on the table. A literal burnt hockey puck DO NOT COME HERE also their grease is dirty and gave my friend burnt onion rings The owner replied Im a scammer and looking for free food. The food wasnt FREE I paid $14.96 and the proof of the burnt patty is listed. Also how am I a scammer when thats you guys wrapping paper and tables thats closest to the cash register. You served me a burnt patty that I PAID for also reading your other reviews serving burnt items is something you guys do often ever review you get you deny instead of hiring a new cook who cares about you guys reputation and your customers.

    Thumbs down to this place. Horrible food and the owner is the biggest harasser, racist and known for flipping tables on people that couldve been customers. This place should be closed down and there seems to be a pattern of this behavior. Please save yourself some time, read these reviews with the LOWLIFE owner accusing you of false reviews and find a better establishment to give your time and money to. #CLOSEDOWNBURGERIM

As you were told in store if u were missing an item on your burger you must let us know before you eat the burger. You ate your burger then asked for a refund bc it was missing bacon but there was no burger left to show that you were missing anything bc you already ate it. On top of that you demanded a refund for the burger that you ate. Please do not return to this establishment I will respond to your response we went back to watch the security video to see u pull the bacon off said burger and put it in the other burger and then claim that you never got it . U got caught

You are not a customer you were told multiple times nicely that you could not eat outside food at that table you decide to have a temper tantrum.
