        Honestly would have given 5 stars for Yvette as she is amazing and always timely. However, I have had 3 scheduled botox visits. The first visit I had to leave before being seen because Osmani was more than an hour off schedule. The 2nd visit I called in advance of my scheduled appt to see if he was on time and had a good appt. The 3rd visit I left after sitting for an hour and confirming the other person in the waiting room was ahead of me. For the love GOD, get your scheduling in order as you've wasted enough of my time! I had referred a friend to Osmani and after this 3rd appt, I called to tell him not to go. I'll find someone else who respects my time.
