        This is my second purchase at Mattress Firm. I decided to come back because their Customer Service is top notch. Tara helped me make a selection and was wonderful, caring and knowledgeable. She looked for good discounts for the adjustable bed and mattress I selected and I felt more than happy that I selected this Mattress Firm store. Im planning to go back in a few weeks to purchase another mattress and adjustable bed as my experience was very positive.

        As I was moving overseas, I purchased a new and great mattress. It was going to take one month for them to deliver it to the moving company. The day they had to deliver it, they called saying they didnt have it. By then my international move had been delayed for two weeks and it was going to take them months to deliver it. They offered me a different one, according to them same quality, ehich had been returned. I accepted it because I was alyoverseas. When the mattress arrived it was smaller, shorter and with no cooling technology. Never trust the agsin!
