Question : Why you haven't called us to report the issue ? we can definetely help you like I would help every single costumer if that's the case, but if you don't call us to let us know then how are we suppose to help you? We were not aware! Call me to see what's going on, 305-235-5473 (leo owner).Also you say you bought queen off brand for $500? May be a pillowtop with box spring ,metal frame, delivery ,taxes,so please make sure you bought from us and you are not mistaken with another store.
