The doctors are good IF you ever get to see them. Getting an appointment is so complex: no availability even for telehealth for more than a week or two, even if you are very sick. Need to test for Covid if you have any symptom that could point to it before you can see a doctor. Once I had my checkup, arrived to find out they didnt check with my insurance and it was before the exact year so it wouldnt be covered. I always end up having to find another doctor or clinic that will see me in a shorter time which defeats the purpose of having a primary care physician

THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE! I booked an appointment maybe 2 months ago to have a checkup, they booked it for March 28th at 10:15am, for the past two weeks I've been receiving calls and text messages to confirm the appointment. TODAY AT 10:10AM I get a call from the office canceling my appointment because apparently NOW they don't accept my insurance. Apparently, they knew for 2 weeks yet waited 1 day before to tell me. This is so unprofessional from them especially that they literally called me a day before confirming the appointment!
