They teach the new and the young to lie. They feed on stealing from the elderly by promising lies. They use the new incoming desperate guys looking for opportunities to grow professionally and promise them a career, later to find out they are worst than they when they started. Management is the worst. Management constantly are stabbing each other. Stealing each others clients. They are constantly lying and cheating their clients. Very deceptive. And those that wrote positive review was only because they were requested to do so by some supervisor. To finalize and just to let you know since they never tell you, once you leave the company, they take away your clients and write new policies on your clients. Bankers Life is an amazing company which provides all the tools to start out in the Insurance business as an Independent agent with amazing compensation and benefits package to produce immediate success! The office environment pushing high ethics with strong family culture is by far my favorite aspect of being employed at Bankers Life.
