Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I initially got my Insurance with Mireya in 2012, she was AMAZING. I don't know if she doesn't work there anymore. But when I called to cancel my premium due to finding a cheaper one, I had to speak with Sussy and she was extremely rude to me. She told me provide her written notice and some documentation. So I did! She never responded to me after three emails to her and I had to contact the insurance company myself and tell them I had to cancel and the agent was not cooperating. They were able to cancel and refund me my unused premium. I'm upset only because each passing day of not canceling my insurance would reduce my refund back to me!
