    They are the worst company ever my car was hit a month ago it took me calling several times threatening to call a lawyer wanting to speak to the supervisor in order to get my car repaired they're in short hit my car and my car is still in the shop right now they haven't even sent the work order over until I called and I spoke with another adjuster the adjuster they put they gave me was Misty Freeman she is horrible she doesn't answer any calls nothing they are the worst company and their insured hit me

    I have been with this company for over 5 years and have been set up for auto pay from the beginning. My Policy was due to renewal and because they had a software update my policy was never renewed. The notice they sent me did not say anything about auto pay or new software. When I log into my account it says if you are enrolled in auto pay it will prevent lapse in coverage. Well my policy lapsed and I didn't know until I received a notice from the DMV that I did not have coverage. When I renewed my policy it was double the amount then my original renewal and when you call all they say is I'm sorry there is nothing we can do we sent you a renewal. Then they try to blame you for not checking your bank account or your policy online even though online states if you enroll in auto pay it will prevent lapse in coverage. They are scamming everyone with there renewals so they can take away the continuous coverage discount and raise you premium. Needless to say I am canceling my coverage and already looking for a new policy and I have found policy way cheaper then there new quote
