What an amazing job by Yogi and the team at Platinum!! They did all the work for me and made sure I was taken care of while keeping me updated the entire time. I am a person who likes to ask a lot of questions especially when money is involved. Yogi, Bianca, and the Platinum team always answered politely and never made me feel like I was bothering them. Its so rare nowadays for a company to exceed all your expectations like Platinum did for me. Im very happy with my experience and the results from Platinum. My wife and I hired Platinum to handle our claim. Ray was our Platinum agent who was professional, responsive and went above and beyond to resolve our claim. We could not have reached the final outcome without their involvement. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Platinum Public Adjusters is amazing! From the adjusters to the office staff, they are a first class organization. They handled all of the hard work filing my insurance claims and kept me informed during the entire process. They were able to get 2 claims paid out for me. They are worth every penny! So glad I didn't try to file insurance claims myself. Highly recommend Platinum Public Adjusters!!
