Worst company to work for. No work ethics. No leadership. They take advantage of the elderly and vulnerable. This entire company and specifically the Miami/Fort Lauterdale offices should be investigated by the proper authorities for compliance.

Beware of this company. Very malicious people. They use the new and the innocents to later take away their earnings. Just look around. Very high turnover rate. They promise but it's lies upon lies. They teach the new and the young to lie. They feed on stealing from the elderly by promising lies. They use the new incoming desperate guys looking for opportunities to grow professionally and promise them a career, later to find out they are worst than they when they started. Management is the worst. Management constantly are stabbing each other. Stealing each others clients. They are constantly lying and cheating their clients. Very deceptive. And those that wrote positive review was only because they were requested to do so by some supervisor. To finalize and just to let you know since they never tell you, once you leave the company, they take away your clients and write new policies on your clients. Then they send you a bill home to take away all you have earned with them. And if you don't the back the money, they will send you to collections. Very deceptive indeed. Just beware!

This company is basically a door to door job. You are a slave to them. Don't bother with them.

Bankers Life is an Insurance Company with Great professionalism. Excellent place to work with a pleasant enviroment. They provide a constant training program to be succesful in this business.
