        Well, I have a very bad experience with this agency that is associated with American Income Life. They have sold me an accident policy and it turns out that I have been paying for this service for 6 months and suddenly my son, who is a baby, has an accident and my agent makes the claim first. emergency room and they pay me but when I make the claim for hospitalization due to accident it turns out that the check is sent to the hospital according to them because my son has medication, something that was not explained to me when they sold me the policy, I also know that that would happen If this claim were for hospitalization due to illness, which is not the case, well, I am very disappointed that they have Lied and do not want to comply with my claim.

        Terrible, they offer something and they deliver totally different, 3 years paying 8 policies, they had told us that we had a return of money, in the end we ended up owing money, to cancel is the most difficult thing in the world. Not recommended, look for another insurer, additionally the employee who worked for them called me from another company to offer me the same insurance and the worst thing is that he told me that he had left AIL or Quintero because they were not doing things well
