I am sooooooo disappointed. They do not care about customers or potential clients. Go with a better insurance no matter how much they say they can save you.. if you have an issue with getting a hold of the insurance company imagine how hard it would be to reach them when you absolutely need them. Carmen and Melissa were awful helpers.. I hope someone replaces them so no one has to go thru what Im going thru and pushing back my closing date because my insurance provider wanted to dodge me for two weeks.. biggest scam

This company has ZERO communication and will even hang up on you if you ask something they are unable to answer. I'm now stuck with a $352 fee that I have to pay because this company failed to renew my flood insurance policy properly. When I was first made aware that I no longer had an active flood policy (through my mortgage company contacting me, NOT Super Insurance), I reached out to Super Insurance directly to find out what was going on. The agent I spoke to on the phone didn't know how to access my information. I was eventually put on hold and hung up on. It was the end of day and their office was closed so I tried the next day. Same deal. I then decided to speak to my mortgage company to get some details. They offered to reach out to Super Insurance while I was on the phone-- SAME THING happened to them (hold and then hang up). Ultimately, Super Insurance claimed I never had a flood policy through them (even though I've been using them since 2015 for both hazard and flood insurance). TLDR; Super Insurance never renewed my flood policy, never contacted me about the change and hung up on me several times when I inquired about what was going on. I am now having to pay a legally required $352 fee to my mortgage company because there was a lapse of coverage for 7 weeks when the typical cost for an entire year for my policy is ~$380. Ripped off is an understatement. Avoid this company at all costs.
