        We actually went to the wrong one first, the receptionist was very nice and helped me get the correct address for East Miami-Kendall. The lobby was nice, was clean, and quiet.

        Decent hotel, a bit old with outdated rooms. Although booked a month in advance, we arrived and they didn't have our room. They put myself and my friend in a room with a single bed. There was a couch bed so we agreed to do that for a night until they changed us over the following day. That evening, we had to wait 20 mins for any bedding to arrive. When staff finally showed up, it was a single sheet and a single un-covered duvet. He apologized that that's all they had. Obviously the guy was in a tight spot with what he could do, but the service level was appalling. We asked, but were refused any compensation for the room. I think I'm done with Holiday Inn forever, as we also had a bad stay in Holiday Inn Orlando shortly before.
