No complaints. Everything is wonderfully appointed. The fragrance in the lobby and public spaces is serene. Spa like and relaxing. Rooms: Huge with great toiletries in the bathroom. Clean!

I stayed here because of the location. It is close to the main venues and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean (not that I expected less from a Hilton). The negatives are the pool hours. I think a pool and bar should be open until 11 p.m. and not close at sunset. Also, around 8 a.m., you start hearing housekeeping knocking on the doors, opening doors, and chatting in the hallway. This is when you are trying to sleep and rest. In my case, they opened my door even when I had the sign on the door not to disturb them! I found that this was the supervisor! The service at the bar/ restaurant in the lobby is very slow, and they look like they are bothered by you. Same with front desk staff checking in and out. They seem bothered!

This hotel is really modern and huge. The location is really nice. And it makes it a perfect place to watch the New Year's fireworks over the bay. The buffet breakfast is really nice.
