Hyatt House Miami Airport

Missed our American flight home from a delay coming in from St. Thomas. We were exhausted from having been at an airport for hours and a long flight. Marco greeted us at the front desk and was awesome! Cracked some jokes, got us tooth brushes and toothpaste since we had no luggage. Got us checked in, went and got us ice for our sodas, and was bright and cheerful when we saw him again the next morning. Marco made our stay at the nice hotel memorable and not just a layover stay!

Just checked in a few hours ago. Was able to check in early, for which we were super grateful since we had just gotten off a cruise at 7am. Room is a 1bed suite, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for either a short or extended stay. My husband wants to stay! Front desk has been lovely with their honest recommendations for food. Highly recommend their pork sliders at the bar for a snack or light dinner. Gianni was wonderful at the bar. Great end to our vacation! Rooms: Very clean and comfortable with plenty of storage if you need an extended stay. Great little area for basics, waters and snacks next to the front desk. Just feels very no pressure and welcoming. Food & drinks: Small and limited bar but very willing to please and the pork sliders were even better than our cruise food!

The hotel is clean and inviting, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our suite was roomy, comfy, and had an equipped kitchen. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. We would stay there again.

This is a pilot hotel for many airlines. This means a quiet environment is needed at ALL hours for sleeping pills who work ALL hours. As such not recommended for people with children or partying. The front side is the building faces a loud road but all other rooms seem good. Breakfast has a fresh made omelet bar during the week, rest of the breakfast is mediocre. Pool and spa close at 8pm (again due to this being a pilot hotel and needing strict quiet hours). Would be nice for the hotel to put all the non pilot groups in a different wing than the pilots, however I can eee how this might be difficult. Easy walk to food and grocery store.

The meal choice is less than basic. We are expecting in 2024 at least one choice with no animal products. We had to buy a frozen meal in the entrance but even so no acceptable choice. The 70's are over guys, this is 2024. Won't go back. Food & drinks: Need at least one vegan meal.
