This was my 1st time on MSC and all I got was a bad perception. I suggest you to consider other cruise lines. They showed they aren't prepared for unexpected situations. An accident happened in the port and disembarkation was delayed, which is understandable. But they made us wait outside our rooms. By 3pm the port was open once again, but they stopped providing food and water, and restrooms were closed. It was 7pm and everyone was still on the ship starving and thirsty. I got out by almost 8pm but there were others waiting even after 10pm. Without mentioning that the other crew outside the port was already entering the ship, which were mixing up with the crowd. Also, before the final day, me and my wife got sick and called the Medical Center by afternoon but they told us to call later after 4pm because it was closed, which is ridiculous, and were going to charge us for the tests. The room service phone line were never answered. Our waiter in the restaurant was under a lot of stress running around trying to do the best he could to deliver the dinner. In my conclusion, comparing MSC with other cruise lines, this one is very unorganized and ambitious. The personnel are very courteous and serviceable but there aren't enough to attend all the clients effectively.

Our family travels on MSC seascape on May 2023. We are very disappointed about this cruise. We had two cabins; they are good size and balconies too, but our cabins were not clean as expected. our shower had mildew. Bathrooms on Deck 18 were always dirty, and they were shared by men and women. Aegean restaurant didn't have the best service. One of the nights our appetizer took 30 minutes, entre 35 minutes and dessert 0 minutes, plus the food wasn't appealing. Buffet doesn't have the best food. Small pools throughout and overcrowded. The ship doesn't have entertainment at night for adults, no comedy club, no dancing, etc. They don't give the passengers enough time at the different port destinations. After cruising with other cruise companies, MSC has been the worst experience, and it is very sad that we had to spend 7 days in this cruise line. It deserves 1 star, but the reason I gave it 2 stars is because employees were very attentive and room service was fast and on time!
