When you enter the hotel, it looks newly remodeled, with beautiful artwork on the wall, a bar and a louge area which was nice. Customer Service was good, but the room was a big turn-off. Some of the outlets did not work, the floor was dirty, the bed was not done properly ( it looked like someone had just gotten out of it), and the bathroom had some hairs on the floor. We reported this to front desk who moved us a different room because we were rushing to go to a concert we only checked the cleanliness of the room which was not great but not as bad as the other room. When we got back and tried the TV, it did not work, and only 2 outlets by the door worked. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable 1 night stay, and I hope this review sheds light on those issues that need to be tended to.
Walkability: Close to a number of restaurants and hot spots.

Stayed at Atwell /Brickwell prior to and coming back from a cruise.The service was absolutely horrible:1) Key cards di d not work and we had to go guest services 5 times to get the key programmed.
2) After requesting and being told we would have an early check- in we waited 7.5 hours to check-in.
3) Guest services was not accommodating and we actually caught them joking about the situation as they spoke in Spanish.
4) We had guest traveling with us and after they left the the room amazingly became ready.
5) Once we gained access to the suite, the following was noted : See photos the shower door was broken , floor was dirty, phone did not work.,,, in suit 2006

They move us into another suite 1906 and we have the same problem with the bathroom sliding door want close properly June 5 2023
The hostess service is very bad and unprofessional service.
