Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell-Port of Miami

We stayed here the night before we left on a cruise. The room was much larger than we expected. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good and much appreciated. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, you are supposed to go to rest and vacation, the treatment given to the guests is starting from the valet parking, the shower didn't work, there was no hot water, and the ones that came out were It took years, my 12-month-old daughter peed in bed and I imagined that they were going to clean the beds and change them (as all hotels do) but I came back and saw everything the same and called the reception to tell them that They didn't come to clean anything and the very despotic lady told me that the rooms are cleaned every 3 days, (I worked as housekeeper in hotels and all the rooms were cleaned every day, they gave me filthy pillows from the first day, I asked them if they could please change the sheets and pillows and they told me no, that cleaning is done every 3 days, and I told the lady that I was going to put a comment on Google and she replied Do whatever you want. "and the breakfast omg the most horrible thing they can give you, only juice, frozen boxed egg, frozen packaged sausage and if there is no more juice they don't put anything back in, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IT IS HORRIBLE, there are much better ones in other areas Rooms: Awful Awful Awful Food & drinks: Awful Awful Awful

The hotel is very clean and has an excellent location. Unfortunately check in is at 3pm and our flight arrived at 7am. We requested early checkin but it depends on availability so we had to wait until 3pm to enter. The breakfast room is basic and self-service. The best price and location/cleanliness ratio of the hotel compared to other options in the area. Rooms: Spacious and clean

Very busy front desk when checking in. Ladies were trying to do the best they could. Bed was comfortable, quiet floor. Toilet would barely flush. Bonus when taking a shower, you also get a bath at the same time! All in all it was fine for one night. But we wont be staying here again.
