It should be up to the employee to decide if they want their number blocked, not the company making that decision for them

While firstly I will start off by saying the pay was solid but for the amount of work they want you to perform as a customer service agent is outright ridiculous before it was manageable but after the software change it was ridiculous. Especially when you get criticized and points taken off on a call when your supervisor is never avaible, and especially Ive had points taken off at the time for scheduling a pickup with the pals preferred papa after I called them to get a yes I would like to accept that appointment. The next I ask about it in help support just for them to tell me yes I can do that! I pray that its gotten better the way the workers are treated like drones while the supervisors only care about themselves looking good

Update: I see the owner replying to horrible reviews but still nothing here after two weeks. Now everytime I write them Miss Rodriguez immediately closes out my ticket. There is no information given at all all though Christina in management assured me she'd get this straightened out. I am beside myself on lack of communication and my clients ( their clients) are left disappointed. I can't believe still no resolution since April. I worked for Papa for six months successfully and had so much fun meeting and helping new people. I had several preferred clients and then suddenly my account was banned. I found out it was due to a bad background check which has now been cleared up with Turn Technology, who is who Papa uses. I have received an email showing all aspects clear and told it was forwarded to Papa. Don't get me wrong I LOVE the people I worked for and the overall experience but I've been trying to straighten out this situation since April 4th, over three months. I have called several times almost weekly and put in numerous tickets with no help thus far. I feel horrible for my preferred pals who keep calling me and asking when I'm returning to them. This is just my experience and I truly hope someone can straighten this out so I can return to my people as requested. It was a lot of fun and a very satisfying work experience.. Update: Still no one has reached out to me and to add insult to injury they have not sent my 1099 and have changed their pay system so there's no way for me to file my taxes. I guess the next step is to contact the IRS. This company is in desperate need of a human resources department.

This is Tanya Smith I write Papa pals five stars I've never been there but they have friendly people they take you where you want to go they stay with you they help you into the car they're very accommodating especially to people in wheelchairs and walkers they come up to the door they they make sure you're inside they're very professional you have 36 hours a year to use The only thing that I kind of wish I kind of wish that they would that if somebody wants to have a ride you know like like at night like for example at 9:00 at night or something I kind of wish that they would that somebody would you know accommodate that kind of service like like I go to like I have choir on Thursday nights I and I get out at 9:00 I kind of wish that they would have that kind of service but they don't I I have priority health and I get and that's who they're through and so I would strongly recommend you know Papa pals they do lighthouse cleaning and stuff like that I kind of wish that they would have a personal assistance like for instance when I was in South Haven like reading the mail and you know doing different things like that you know and stuff like that I kind of wish that they would get more paid by the state if you have personal assistance
