        The absolute worst agency. Incredibly inefficient, horrible customer service. I would not recommend this service to anyone who requires consistent nursing and care. I would give negative stars if I could.

        The worse experience! The caretakers with the exception of 3 were not properly trained, poor manners, poor personal habits, inability to follow directions. None of the caretakers knew my medical condition before coming. None of them knew how to put me into bed or get me up; basic tenants of post surgery. Not reminding me of putting on brace, remind to medication, or keeping me company. Many of them sat in other room on their phone, iPad, or sleeping. Would NEVER use this company!!!
