My daughter had surgery in Miami on Wednesday June 1st. She hired the services on Concierge RN Cares and the Cordinator and the nurses were great. The company itself needs a new office manager because Sophia was unprofessional, heartless, unqualified for the job. First she threw away my daughter's Faja High that costed her 140.00 and lied about it. She then called herself replacing it but it was the correct one. The one she gave my daughter in place of was just a regular shape wear. The morning of June 6th at around 10:00 am the care giver received a call or message from Sophie stating that we had to be out of the Air B and B by 12:00 noon. Our flight wasn't due to leave for Houston until 3:15 pm. My daughter surgery was Lipo 360 and BBL. She was still in a lit of pain and wasn't supposed to sit directly on her bottom. Sophia expected my daughter to sit at the Airport for 3 hours in her condition. I tried to contact Sophia the office manager at 9:16 am on the 6th of June and got no answer. I then called back and left Sophia a message at 9:18 am and still today June 7th I have not received a call from Sophia. The Cordinator Addy has constantly called to check on my daughter and she told me that she had a meeting with the owner of the company and the HR manager Sharon. I was told on 6/6 that Sharon would contact me and even now on 6/7 I have not received any call from Sophia or Sharon. I feel that the 2 ladies are unqualified for the positions they hold. As a mother even if your child is an adult you still protect them. I don't feel that anyone should deal with Concierge RN Cares as long as Sophia and Sharon are in charge. My daughter received the same invoice from Sophia 9 times in a row. That shows her lack of knowledge. Please understand Addy and all of the caregivers were awsome.
