Worst Agency Ever!!!!!! Rude and disrespectful. Dropped my disabled child because my work schedule changed and I needed different hours.

My daughter has received services from Alternative for over ten years. Monica is the owner of Alternative and beyond taking care of her company, she is committed to ensuring that each patient receives excellence in their services. I have always received professionalism, respect and good work from them. As a mother I want excellence for my daughter and Alternative has offered that to me. My nurses are the best.

I have been in this agency for 7 years and I have never had difficulties with the administration and even less with the case manager, not so much with the staff. The nurses are excellent and provide quality service to my son. I am very grateful to everyone for all the support they give me. I recommend this agency.
