Terrible pay TERRIBLE ! They will fool you saying you will only be sitting so thats why they pay low you are better off with another agency or directly with institutions.. there is no clear and available resource for employees its always something different being passed around verbally when it comes to questions regarding pay or just general concerns about your job..they mess up your paystubs and make you wait for the following pay weekyou will get canceled and they will not call you so you drive to the hospitals in vein and waste gas to find out until you are there that they dont need you and when you call them they will say that they called you but yet no call or voicemail on your phone and Im not the only caregiver with this experience I only stayed because it is per diem so I pick when I want to work which is great for students in school like me or those who want extra income like me again but the experience was terrible nonetheless so those seeking to make this agency a main income.. please think twice..I did not feel like I had anyone or anything to take my concerns to no website for employees just one number where you are tossed from employee to employeeIm leaving the city which is why I write this during my last two weeks with this agency.. I know with any agency the assignments are random and you have to expect the unexpected but again no support for the caregivers.. there are much better agency with much better pay above 13/14

Awful place to work managers drink alcohol with employees on linch break the same employee sprinkling white powders around people desk the supposed director allows everything to happen be cause they all party together... same employee conspire with management to get rid of people who are not in their circle... they all smoke weed behind the buildings...the parent company has no interest in how the employees are treated ...they called my friend for an interview i told her do not go there you will likely be put in a bad position!!! DO NOT WORK HERE THE PAY IS POOR AND SO IS THE MANAGEMENT!!! Everyone in the building makes $16 with raises of 40 cents per year!!! No growth potential!

Just awful. Booked transport for a 97 year old cousin three days in advance, they wasted my time with paper work, liability waivers, credit card info etc ... and within 15 minutes of the expected pick up they had yet to "find a driver." I did the transport myself. Sorry, this place is a poor excuse for a business, especially when dealing with seniors. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
