I tried a few of their meals and they are not bad. I like them better than other companies that I have tried. They include a lot of veggies. I take medicine that affects my sense of taste but the meals I've tried tasted good. I also had the issue of some of the meals being watery like another reviewer said. I just took a paper towel and soaked it up. It was fine after that. I can't speak as to customer service as I got the meals from an elderly neighbor who didn't want them.

After 2 shipments, they suddenly stopped.This is in the same calendar year. I called and was told I was never in their system for deliveries, and would need to get approval from my insurance. I read off notes that I kept recounting the day of approval this year from the insurance company, day ILS approved, days I received the two shipments, and was again told I was not in their system. I have end of life issues. This is frustrating.
