I went to JCL for a haircut and was satisfied with the cut - nothing big - no styling, or layers, only trimming of dead ends. I made another appt a few months later, which was cancelled by JCL due to unforeseen events, which ok, things happen. She was unable to reschedule me within the following week, so I waited another month until being able to find a time that fit. The appt was made for 1pm, and I was 5min late. Around 1:10, she said she needed another 15 minutes with the previous client, so I was forced to leave as I had to be out by 1:40ish. My first visit did not take longer than 15 min (including wash & cut). Its unfortunate since I drove 25 min to get there - a COMPLETE waste of my time and gas. Professionals that provide a service should aim to be on time for their clients.
