        Went Saturday drove an hr to purchase some items vanities, shower heads,etc just to get told by the sales man that he couldn't attend me and he didn't know when he would be able to as there was only 1 employee.mind you the bath showroom is in another building so he couldn't even let me in.

        Amazing people! I was looking for a few minor items, just scraps really, to post a small sign. Even though I didnt expect to pay much, their generosity was beyond what I anticipated. Very kind and welcoming. It was my first time in their store, and its nicely stocked too! Thank you!

        Advertising products that are were "on Display" and then suddenly not available! When checking the website, price changed, still advertising that it is on display as of today.. There No follow up or options given or actual response. Called in an I was Given a line that an e-mail was sent to cancel the order (not in spam or recieved.. I would Move on to a reputable seller. If you are going to sell online, a better process is required.

      Hello Osjami. Sorry you had a negative experience with us today. I just spoke to my showroom attendant regarding this matter and he mentioned you were in an extreme rush and could not wait for him to finish assisting other customers. Saturdays there is only one working showroom attendant, correct, so we assist on a first come, first serve basis, but we do assist everyone and never deny any type of service. We also do work with appointments from Tuesday-Friday if you require a dedicated time or require extensive quoting. Sorry we could not provide you with the service you expected. We try our best to help everyone as quickly and efficiently as we can but today was a very busy day.

      Hi Donald,We apologize for any inconvenience to you. I did some research on your order and any notes written, including from your call today. The issue was the product was not available with ELKAY and they did not have an estimated time of arrival, which is what you were notified of via email on 01/05/24. The product is on display in our showroom, but we do not keep this in stock, which is what the ON DISPLAY alert means. Not all products are available at every given moment, and in fact, many manufacturers are currently facing shortages and are unavailable to provide us, their dealers, product at certain times. Without an ETA, or estimated date of arrival, we sadly have to cancel the order, which is what we had to do with your order, and the credit card authorization was withdrawn, so the charge automatically dropped.
