        One star is not enough, if you go to an emergency room it is because your life could be in danger, it cannot be explained that you are in the cubicle of a room full of health professionals and spend an hour without anyone attending to your child and You have to go for help, it took three hours here waiting for a diagnosis to be made to a minor who came in with severe pain. Terrible medical care.

        I've been there a few times and urgent matters are not taken seriously. They will discharge you with the same problem you came in with. Some, not all, health care professionals there are sort of condescending when listening to your child's sypmtoms, making you feel like you are somehow not valid. On my recent visit there, they did a chest xray, told me it was normal and discharged us. However, in fact it was not normal and I only found this out after my daughter's condition got worse and we had to go back to the hospital and this time she was admitted. Then I was told that the chest x ray showed a possible compression fracture in her spine..but no one told me that on the first visit. Just sent us home and told us to follow up her pain with the pediatrician.
