The customer service and atmosphere at this store reminds me of a root canal. The manager Jenny doesnt know how to smile (you can tell she hates her job) and the cashier lady that is pregnant is clueless about how Ulta 20% coupon works and then you add her sarcastic attitude and constantly making faces to customers was disgusting. There was only one person that had a beautiful vibe and essence but I forgot to get her name. Also the only people that treated me right were the ones that dont work permanently at the store (Julio and I forgot the other persons name) and they only work certain days of the week representing a brand. Please dont write me back saying that you are sorry for my experience. Please fix the attitude and the heavy environment at your store. I have been visiting this Ulta since it was at Miracle Mile and now is just pure bad and awful service. Fix it!

Super rude staff. Waited in line for 5 mins with no one there while staff talked about Christmas plans. This is fine. Had to come back and when I did I redeemed birthday coupon.They threw random item in bag. I came back and asked if I'm not supposed get a choice. Staff member lied and told me they ran out.(confirmed this by asking the staff member right next to her who gave me the proper choices). Before checking out at 5:13 I told the staff member of dark complexion have a good day to which she replied not anymore. That is why I'm leaving the review.

Marion helped 6 of us in town for a family wedding get our hair and makeup done. She was able to get all of us glammed up for the wedding with evening makeup, updos, and curls. Thanks Marion!
